Fasting a.m. BS = 116; weight 171.4
Once again best laid plans: I ate pretty carefully today, but did have some planned in deviation, and had my evening meal planned so my macros would balance fairly close to what they should be. Made a hospital visit with some friends who wanted to stop for a hamburger on the way home. Out the window with my eating plans. Social eating is always a problem. I figured the best choice would be chicken strips. I should have just had a glass of iced tea! Total cals 1598; 59/22/19 macros; net carbs 73.25. One step forward and 2 back! Work harder tomorrow!!!

I'm slowly slipping back into eating a lot of food a night again. Please God, i'll start doing better. was so happy when I was sticking to my diet

mother loving, I think everyone on FatSecret does this - just watch some of the entries. You can stick to your diet; just remember life is a circle: this too shall pass! If you didn't stick to it today, you can tomorrow. Be forgiving of yourself, but not too forgiving. Turn one step back into two steps forward!
