Diario de loosinisfun, 21 may. 10

goooooooooooood mornin everyone...wakin up to 62 this morning...with showers in the area again...but gonna try an get a morning walk in and then do atleast 2 bike workouts...today is a weight routine as well...gotta keep pushin the body to keep it guessing...woke up tired this morning....didnt sleep that good last night for some reason...might of been cause i slept yesterday afternoon when it was raining...dont usually take a nap anymore..guess i was bored..or just so relaxed cause of the afternoon rain...ut oh...i just heard thunder..guess that rain is closer then i thought...heck...might have to take off from a walk this morning an just do 3 sets on the bike...o well lest i have the bike to fall back on for exercise when its rainin outside...an i cant or dont want to get soakin wet from walking in the rain...well...gonna get up an eat breakfast...and then watch the weather...an decide what workout im gonna do...have a greattttttttttttttttt friday everyone...
