Starting the day with Keto coffee, or Keto mocha, as I make it, with a tablespoon of dark cocoa powder and turmeric/pepper in the coffee. I never thought I would like coffee and I never thought I would look forward to it with butter in it!Rearranged the living room furniture and deep cleaned.Totals: 1456 cals; 69/14/17 macros; net carbs 38.37.
