another day...another morning walk...goooooooood mornin everyone...58 here this morning an so nice outside...just got back from a morning walk...just a great way to start the day out right an to get motivated for the rest of the day...id like to do a fast like so many of you do from time to time..but i enjoy eating to much...lol...but im sure it would be a great way of purging yourslf of everything...i use to fast years ago...but now like everything else it just seems so hard to do...but im gonna try to just do liquids today..an see how that goes..id like to think i can do it...but right now just gettin back from a morning walk, an nothing in my stomach...im just not sure...

i tried to fast today, but by supper time my tummy was growling so loud i gave in...wasnt really hungry, but my tummy said i was...so might try again tomow

You made me laugh. It sure does growl when one fasts. My dog's tummy growls all the time, she bugs me most of the time just for food, especially when it is dinner time. Good luck tomorrow, I'll be fasting then too! :)

thanks glenn...hahahaha....it rumbled thru out the day, but as the day went on...it got louder..like it was sayin ok ok...listen to me im hungry for sure...but really it was easier then i thought as the day went by fast...i kept busy with my 40 min ride on bike to no where...did 2 of them an a morning walk...guess thats why it was growlin so loud huh...lol...

LOL. My dog is more persistent with me when it's near dinner time than if I'm fasting and missed a few meals. I'll let it growl tomorrow and get through till midnight Monday and eat something at that time to complete a 24 hour fast! :) WE can do this!

I was talking about my stomach growling tomorrow, not my dog. She always gets fed every time she bothers me. :) Diet tea, (Diet soda not too great a choice but I will need it to get me through the day), and I should be fine... I'm having something light just before midnight to get me through OK...
