Flew 1st class; posted pictures of lunch on challenge home, not including the salad and warm nuts. I exercised restraint & believe I burned more calories than I ate, lol. It was a good flight; a bit stormy here in DC, but will clear tomorrow & be great for seeing sights & locating best places to eat healthy food. 1.88 miles on my pedometer; tomorrow should have a whole lot more!
