I had a feeling the scale would be down since I slept in a lot later than normal. I am staying true to my daily macros. I am determined to stay at a higher calorie range as I’m losing. I don’t want my body readjusting it’s thermal set point to a really low calorie need. For God’s sake I like to eat. There is no way I could survive on 1200 a day. So for now my goal is 1850 a day.
