Cycled again to the gym. Managing to spin in a lower gears going up the hills. Getting faster & stronger. Did a quick 50 min workout in the weight section. Hernia was playing up, but not as bad as it could of.
Diet is still on track. All 'n' all apart from the odd medical complaint I'm feeling & doing brilliantly.
