I think I need to break the barrier. The moment I surpass 56 kg, I'll be on my way. I think it's all mental at the moment and I'mnot mentally strong enought to break 56. If i do, even if I'm 55.9, it will seem as though I'm actually reaching my goal which will be more incentive for me to do it more and stick to the diet. SO HARD!
