gooooooooood tuesday morning everyone...shewww...humidity yesterday made for a really hot day...temps was in the 90s..an with the humidity not for sure what it seemed like...i do kno when i was on the bike to no where..peddling away i was wipin the sweat as i rode...lol...pretty bad...but did do 2 workouts on it...should of done 3...but ...didnt...enjoyed the cool air inside instead...suppose to be in the upper 80s today with chance of rain ...chance of rain all week..with the heat an humidity like it is...gonna do a morning walk hopefully...dependin on if that rain is gone by the time i get ready..then the store...one good thing about doing a fast...food just doesnt have a grasp on you like it did...well...i need to get up an moving...time is passin me by an i am ready to do my walk, soon as i make sure its not gonna be rainin on me...lol..have a greattttttttt day everyone....
