I don’t know what is happening with me right now... attack? I don’t know why I feel panic and anxiety. I have a solid lunch more than hour ago, I‘m definitely full. But I wanna eat. I have a headache and I wanna something sweet, or something salty, or something else, all the same, I just need food. I can’t think about anything but food. Don’t know what to do.

Choose something good to eat. Not sugary -- maybe an apple or a boiled egg? Your want some whole food so you don't start binging. Never allow yourself to feel so desperate for food. There be dragons going down that road!

Water. Take a walk. Breathing exercises to calm down your anxiety.

I eat a terrible amount of cashews... but honestly it does sound like your body is craving water, as strange as that sounds.

So, I drunk a big cup of tee, ate a pear.... nothing but despondency... It wasn’t just physical hunger, it was just in my head, because my stomach was really full. I understood that if I stay at home I‘ll ate everything that I have in the fridge. So, hello gym. I had no power to have a good lift training, I decided just to cycling a bit. It was right decision, 30 min cardio and my thoughts in right order. Sometimes I just need to write my fears and feelings down to find the right door.

Ketome1991, I don’t wanna try Keto, because I believe that our body needs fat, protein and carbs. But I tru to keep it at nessesary level. I think that problem not in my body but in my head.
