Another day that I cycled to the gym & had yet another brilliant cardio workout. I ran just over a mile on the t/mill too & that's the furthest I have run in years. Plus there is more in the tank, but I'm following a programme that I'm sticking too. Had another medical at the quacks today, all 'n' all seems to be ok. Will be having a hernia op soon.
