No news is good news. I don't really have anything to report. I've not been very strict with my alternate day fasting but my average calories are still under 1500. Healthy eating is quite easy at the moment but it's PMS week, I'm not expecting any loss. My jeans are hanging loser, cheers me up no end. In fact I might just put them on again for fun.
