So broccoli & chicken make abs, not donuts and 🍕? 

Didn’t read... but broccoli and chicken doesn’t make abs because I eat a ton of chicken and used to eat lots of broccoli... no abs yet 😭. 

He talks a lot about Carbs. Also, nutrition was #1 focus.

Just watched the video along with the eight unhealthy foods. Score on the foods. I can also do a lot of those exercises seated as well. EXCELLENT!

Yes, the smokey eye. I tend to look like a raccoon with the smokey eye.
