Diario de loosinisfun, 27 mar. 08

DAY 297..GOOOOOOD RAINY MORNING!!!! 50 here today and still rainin i think..it was when i looked out little bit ago..didnt go walkin yesterday, took a day off from walkin, but it was so nice out yesterday, in the 60s that i did some work outside..attached the rain drains on with screws, so they would stay attached to the rain gutters, got tired of chasin em acrost the yard when they blew off..got out the leaf blower and blew the leaves away from the house..just enjoyed the time outside..suppose to have rain till friday evening off an on..so looks like no walk again today..so be going to the gym for a workout..then once i get home, if its not to cool outside..gonna see about rehangin a door outside on the catch all..its been hanging crocked for 15 years, but its just now botherin mom in the way it hangs..lol..so thought i would look at it an see if i can change it without a lot of work in it with it being so damp from the rain today..might have to put it off till a nicer day..wont kno till i take a closer loook at it...lots of little fix it jobs that have been put off cause i just wasnt able to do them in past years, or didnt feel like doing them..since i have lost the weight i have lost, i feel more like tryin to do alot of the things i use to push to the side, because i just wasnt in shape to do it...and now stuff is alot easier to do and to take care of..and i enjoy doing it..

ADDON: no morning walk today, so spent an 2x30 min on recumbent bike doing hill programs, then 45 min on treadmill on hill program again..now im gettin ready to head outside, and get a few odd jobs done..get away from the computer for a few hours..get my body up an movin..

hang in there, you will figure out a way to get some activity in! We have rain coming this weekend os I am trying to enjoy the nice weather while it lasts!
