Had a slow cycle to the gym. Hernia played up when I was on the treadmill, but still managed to complete 21 mins. Had a great workout on the other machines. Had my fitness programme (cardio & weights) given to me today. I will be starting my New régime tomorrow ;). Was also told that I have been over doing my exercise.
Feeling much much fitter & stronger.
