so, i think tomorrow is going to be a weigh in day. i have a hard time with balance though, i tend to either obsessive about the scale, and check it every time i go by, or avoidant. and right now, i just feel like what if there's no change. what if i can't do this. do i really want to know? i don't expect much. but at the same time i will totally be disappointed if there's no loss.
i guess i'll find out tomorrow... eeek.
