I'm home with a cold today, popping Sudafed and napping. It finally got to the point I couldn't function properly at work yesterday, so this is a much-needed recovery day. I dont even feel too bad, but the coughing and runny nose are really annoying.

All that said, it's a huge boost to my last day of fat loss here... nothing but protein shakes so far. And I'm thinking of doing this style for my next cut: SOUP! No salt added - just pepper, turmeric, thyme, and sage into the pressure cooker on top of 2 cartons (1/2 gallon) of the best chicken stock I could find plus 2lbs of baby carrots and some basmati rice... BOOM! $6 total and I've never felt better than on this sick day lol.

So filling and half of the weight will be gone by morning, so let's see what happens!

Lots of sleep and a bit of cleaning around the house, so not many calories used today, but I feel so great! Rehydrated and ready for the gym and work to continue tomorrow! 😁

Last night I was really anxious, wanting to eat everything I have a home(chocolates, caramels, dried nuts, etc.) and I decided to eat my proteins bars, I was feeling good after that and I did sleep great
