Diario de Cimaen, 20 sep. 12

Cycled to the gym then done 50 mins in the weight section. Cycled then to another town to pick up some shopping then took a detour home. All 'n' all I cycled 18.6 miles. And I feel great.

A nice sardine sarnie to cap the morning off.

Getting much stronger!

Meonlybetter. Hi. And that was even on an old heavy mountain bike complete with a rucksack on my back with my gym kit & some shopping in it too. It just goes to show what you can achieve in just 8 weeks in going to the gym & cycling a few miles everyday. When I bought the bike 8 weeks back I couldn't even manage short distance or even the slightest of slopes. Exercise is a wonder drug for me & I'm loving it.
