Diario de Rubie-sue, 20 sep. 12

Can't box tonight. Tweaked my back in yoga last night....sucks!!! Love boxing, and love yoga, but was really looking forward to a great sweat! Back to Zumba and Pilates on Monday...so come on ya ole back lets straighten out and fly straight!!

Really...I am crooked...LOL..need to be straight!!

Oh it was doing great till I bent over to wash my feet today!! LOL!! Survied Zumba and Pilates....but alas the minal task of washing my feet, OH NO WAY to much!!! LOL!! Lucky I don't have class tonight so I am sure it will be good for Wednesday classes. And I'll kick you in the pants anytime you need it!!!!! Hang on girl!!

Ugh! back pain is the worst, followed by anything to do with the legs (knees, ankles, feet, etc.). I hope you get well, soon. My wagon has nail scratch marks on the bumper but I am hanging on for dear life.

Tonight Zumba, but might not do yoga. I want to be able to box tomorrow, love that hard work out. LOL....as long as there isn't teeth marks on your wagon you're holding on great!!!
