Indtead of losing weight i'm going to aim for normal eating patturns. i read this article in a magazine about food manufactorers put in chemicals to the food to make it attictive and also try to get a good fat to salt ratio that our bodies like (realy realy high) so i'm feeling a bit disturbed now and im going to try and not eat any sweets, crisps, chocolate ect.
the article also included some reaserch saying that they fed junk food to rats ten when they took the food away and gave then healthy food there reatiions were like that of a herowin addict! Food for thought.
