No change again, surprisingly, because I FEEL humongous. I gotta take my water pills today. I think I had too much fiber yesterday, about 65 grams! I felt like a whale last night, my stomach was so swelled up. I hate this time of month..gotta be patient, I know this always happens. It just stinks that every time I start really making progress, it's that time again. I hope I see a drop before weigh in though.
