Not enough sleep and not enough food may be making adding to the stress you are feeling. Believe it or not, teens your age need at least 10 hours a sleep at night. Take care of your body and try to keep things in perspective. There's always a lot of drama in school and the best thing to do is not become part of it. You should even feel sorry for the jerks, because once they are adults they will have a hard time keeping a job and keeping healthy relationships. Whereas you, if you can keep a level head during these stressful years, will be well prepared for the future and will love your life.
