I have stopped my diet for 94 days now....today I'm back on....going to weigh myself in 3 hours n gonna go walking then getting ready for a long day at school then home with the kids....let's see how I'm gonna make it n changing my eating habits for myself n my children...have a cold n pms today...perfect day to start haha...
