Diario de Lotus, 02 abr. 08

125.6 on the dot..again. It's better than going up, but a little annoying. It feels like this week will last forever.
I was feeling depressed until I looked back at this time last month, and yep, exact same thing, and I was saying pretty much the exact same kind of comments! LOL. Nothing ever changes. And there was a nice drop after a few days last month too, so I just need to do my best and know that it WILL get better!
Yesterday I had one of those days where you just want to eat junk, and I did eat too much sugar, which didn't make me feel too great. I am going to eat healthier today, and get in a good workout as well. Have a great day ya'll!

That's the downside of weighing-in every day - a couple of days holding steady feels endless! I know, because my weight's doing the exact same thing at the moment, and I don't even have a monthly excuse!! Stick with it, and you'll soon see it start to shift downwards again. Good luck! :)
