Can’t D. Hubby got it out for dessert. Sad to say that I ate almost 1/5-1/4 of it. Minus the back crust. I felt so sick afterward but man was it good. Don’t even feel guilty lol. Even if I could airmail it I doubt you would have more than smashed bits when it arrived. Our mail here in town isn’t very gentle with anything. I don’t order breakables now because no matter how good they pack them something is usually smashed or broken. Plus our mail can’t get stuff to us on time. Pay for two day shipping and our post office holds it for a day or two after they get it because it’s raining or snowy or they forget or we don’t have any other mail.

Chris, I can’t wait to see what happens! You are so brave... I can’t take a break from working out because I get really really lazy! If I take a 3 day break I have a hard time with motivation and I get super super sluggish. Can anyone else relate?

I ain't been training for about 3 weeks now(excluding F45 in the morning) as my elbow is still dicky and I'm not going to risk agrovating it. I still don't count F45 as a workout in my head and I'm getting abit down and out.

IV decided to not to weight train till after I get back from Borneo. The F45 is keeping me sweaty enough to stave off the depression and I'm not going to aggro it their. I have to modify some exercises though to keep the wing from hurting.

will lose another 1/2kg of muscle at a guess which is less then ideal. probably will aim to keep weight to a minimum next year.
ninja warrior tryouts and muscle mass don't go hand in hand lol.
