The normal stomach is about the size of a clenched fist but can expand about 4x that size. It normally will hold a quart and again can expand to hold a gallon. The total day’s volume is typically 4 lb. stomachs can rupture.

Grains, fruits, vegetables, dairies, and meats. Pizza includes all of these things. You can include what you want. It's so versatile and delicious. Much better than a plate of skinless chicken and broccoli.
