WOW, I did the Men's Health Spartacus workout this morning. What a killer workout! My HRM registered 700 calories burned in 40 minutes. Add that on the bicycle ride to the gym and almost home (blew a tire) I burned almost 1000 calories in a workout. SWEET! If anyone is interested: Spartacus workout
