So far so good. Cycled to the gym even though I was in two minds whether to go, but I had a great session with my weight / cardio programme.
I'd worked out why I was feeling hungry. Due to me going to the gym earlier I was then having my dinner to early & there was about 5+ hrs before having my tea. Hence the hunger between dinner & tea.
