Workout #129 of 2019. New PR. It's also the 8th workout in the last 9 days, which is probably too much. I could feel today at the end of the standard workout that I was more tired than usual. I'm thinking that's due to the heavy recent workout load. Maybe I need to show a little moderation here and workout only once on Saturday, or even not at all. Do I need the extra workout more, or an extra hour of sleep more? Usually, the workout. But let's be smart here. I need to make this sustainable in the long term. I've already had my best year working out, by far (by late May, actually), so no reason to do something stupid, get hurt, and miss a lot of gym time or lose the cadence and quit altogether. It's been harder lately without gym buddy Dave for accountability, but that's been since July and I'm still going, so I've proved I can do that much. I wonder if it gets more crowded in January at the gym? I've never been to a gym in January, as far as I know. I guess I'll find out this year.
