Boxing kicked my ass last night!! What a great sweat! My kick-boxing class has been changed to an intermidiate/advanced boxing class. I almost left, but my instuctor said stay you can do it. Just do what you can and you'll do great. Holy Crap Batman!! Turns out I have not lost enough weight yet to jump rope, but a good thing to know. I made it all the way to the end of the hour and I could not, I mean could not, do one more shuffle run/drop push-up squat....not a one. Boy did it feel good to be done!! Can't wait for tomorrow to take another class....love to sweat!!!
