Well, I weigh every day. Probably shouldn't but can't help myself. I got down to 173--almost at 172 and then Memorial Day weekend hit. We were so busy doing things. I didn't drink enough water, ate a few wrong things and a had a few diet rite colas with a capful of rum. Back up to 174. Went to a jazz concert last night where they have a booth with bag lunches to help out with fund raising for the center. Had the southwest chicken wrap (no forks so couldn't eat it with my fingers so I went ahead and ate it). Had about 1 tbs corn kernels and 1 tbs black beans and sour cream). Not too good Atkins-wise but I didn't eat the fritos, brownie or trail mix that came with it. Just had to do with what was presented. I will probably take my own salad next week. Disappointed but not surprised and not discouraged at weight. Lost another 1/2 inch in the waist and 1/2 inch for the measurement 1" below belly button so all is not lost.
Back in the saddle as of today.
