Workout #132 of 2018. #3 this week. Back of left knee a little tight again while working out, starting about halfway through workout. Later, tighter higher up while quickly walking to catch a light. The tightness, now pain, seems to have spread up a bit, including knee, and lower hamstring. Take a day off tomorrow? Modify exercise during workout? Something else? Lower back pain is gradually lessening. It did not hurt during workout.
