just joined a challenge !!!! this should hopefully push me to lose the last 8.7 lbs i need to hit my goal on schedule... wish me luck!

I know i can i just have to stick with it!! thanks so much for the encouragement!! its so becoming just a way of life for me and i'm so grateful for figuring it out now rather than when i'm older and have a harder time losing weight.. thanks again!

thank you buddy! i have this anxiety about it.. i know that if i lose the 10 this month then that means i'll hit my 1st goat early and it just seems so far away... plus i'd HAVE to give myself another goal..lol.. sometimes its overwhelming realizing that it really is a life long battle/lifestyle.. thanks for ur encouragement!
