Diario de LTHOMP56, 14 dic. 18

Well I didn't loose but I didn't gain so that's good considering last Sat was a very high calorie day with grandson's bday party. I watched my calories the rest of the week and drank at least 5 bottles of water. I limited my diet Mt dew to only one . I'm hoping next Fri I will have a loss since I'm working the weekend. I'm planning on pushing as much water as I can all weekend and no more than one diet dew. Hope everyone has a great weekend.
