I guess I had to beat myself up a bit yesterday. I feel better emotionally today. We all tend to be our own worst critics. On the flip side--I feel worse physically. For some reason which I haven't figured out yet, my back has really been bothering me today. Almost to the point of tears. I finally broke down and took something for pain. I'm wondering if I slept weird last night because my left shoulder has been bothering me also which is not usual. Hopefully things feel better tomorrow. I came home from work today and spent the majority of my evening laying down in bed watching TV to rest my back. It feels a little better now.
