Didn't get any exercise in on Sunday, but don't feel too bad about it - we all have lazy days, right?
Anyway, so I have a lot to get done today; mailing taxes, another letter, getting my fingerprints taken, mail that in, take the dog and pick her up from the vet, actual work, cutting Greg's hair and just general "stuff". Not to mention exercising.
Here's a couple pictures that were taken about a month ago from the dig I was on. I just came across them and didn't realize how heavy I look. How depressing/motivating. It's pushing me to work harder to lose this weight once and for all. I went through my old Weight Watchers things tonight - my food diaries and my record of how much weight I lost.
I think going to Kansas will be good. Hopefully Greg will get motivated too while I'm gone and I think it will be easier to lose the weight by myself (can cook what I want!)

Update: It's only 8am and I've already done a 40 minute workout, eaten breakfast, drunk 24 oz of water and cut Greg's hair, oh and signed my taxes and gotten them ready to mail! On a roll today!
