went off track and ate a rest robin burger with only half the bun but ate steak fries as well I am at my full limit of calories today to the max I pray that this one cheat meal won't hurt too bad being I've done so well and made my goal weight the past week but this always happens when I make my goal I cheat meal then comes two or three pounds that takes a month to lose again I must must must stay in control must stay on track
