Okie dokes! My weight is showing an increase in 3 lbs which I know isn't real fat. I read a great article about the body adjusting to weight loss, holding onto water and all. So I guess I'll have to limit salt and drop my glass of wine to get a true reading regarding water and all. Can't figure out how the body can retain that much water though, but yeah, I guess it can if it is 60% water to begin with. But to keep adding water to maintain a certain level? Wow. The body has got to be a magical machine. I'd love to see another drop since my friend is coming from Australia and all. But no, it won't probably happen. Well, maybe it will! Got to be positive.
