I took some overtime today at work and it felt good to be back finally. I was so stressed out last week and now it feels like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders! I even got shopped today and completely nailed it! Woohoo $25 bonus here I come!

What is "getting shopped"? In my husband's line of work, it's when they put the locomotives in the shop for repairs. Doesn't sound like what you are talking about, though!

getting shopped is kinda like a mystery shopper. They call in and are looking to make sure we do something specific, in this case it was answer the phone correctly with the right tone and verbiage. It's an evalutation that we don't know is going to happen till it's been done.

Aha - I also wondered what "got shopped" meant, but didn't want to look dim by asking! Over here it means something along the lines of getting turned in to the authorities, but I didn't think you'd get a bonus for that, LOL!! That's great that you're feeling good to be back, and obviously right back into the swing of things!! :)
