Today's meal was smaller than yesterday, but somehow still filling. Probably because of the seed cracker - adding fat does contribute towards satiety. Broccoli came out a bit sad looking, probably because I cooked it earlier today and had to reheat it.
Managed to do some upper body strength training - slowly getting stronger though there's not much of a physical difference. I still look disproportionately skinny up top, while my lower body fat refuses to budge; it's beyond frustrating at this point! But we soldier on. From what I've read, consistency is key with stubborn fat... it will have to go at some point.
