....and so begins day one of bye bye blubber. this will be hard work and I'm sure I will cry more than once, but if I did it before, I'm sure I can do it again. Once I'm back in the swing of things my body will give me the endorphines I need to stay away from feeling miserable. I will try and surround myself with only positive thoughts and energies. I will tell myself that I too am worth taking care of. I will become a new woman, one who radiates energy, love and happiness. This will mark the first year I will not be afraid of shorts. No longer will I dread shopping or being around new people. Confidence will be the very definition of ME.
