Unable to sleep again last night, up at 1 A.M. Staying with my mother to help take care of her during the day.. Today it is from 6-11 so I will be tired and perhaps can sleep. The down town at her house is when I tried to exercise. Used entrance to kitchen for a step routine. Will continue to pray and stay in tuned to needs.
