Okay I've made a decision, I have to stop doing Yoga. Hurt my back again end of last week doing it. So odd to me!! Zumba,Pilates,& Boxing does not hurt, but get me to the end of my Yoga class and cripe it hurts. I am sure there is something associated with my left side that is to tight, but I am not willing to give up the rest to do Yoga.
Soooooooooooo..........next few weeks NO Yoga. Bummer, but I get to keep up the rest. Let us see how it goes!!!
