30g coconut oil
240g almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp xanthan gum
0.5 tsp salt
Beat eggs with salt to fluffy foam, add oil and butter, beat once again. Add soda, xanthan gum and almond flour.
Bake at 355F for 40-45 minuts)
