Had a day off from my bike due to the rain, but instead I took the bus to th gym & had yet another great weight / cardio workout, then walked into another town in the drizzle to do my shopping.

The gym instructor made a comment about how much weight I had lost too.

Meonlybetter Hi. Ie I'm feeling great thank you. I'm loving the training at the moment & all the hard work is paying off. These last few weeks I have really noticed a huge leap in my fitness & a massive reduction in my weight. Its got to the stage were I & all around me can see a huge difference. My goal/finishline is now in sight.
