Diario de loosinisfun, 12 abr. 08

DAY 312..GOOOD MORNINGGG EVERYONE!!!! well the temps have changed again..45 today with a wind chill of 37..but just another day when it comes to going for a morning walk..my knee is better, and after my walk then a trip to the gym for another workout..i want to thanks all of you for your support an help..today is a new day for me to focus on eating more calories to get my body to droppin off the weight again..i guess when i was cuttin calories i got so use to it, that it became a habit for me..i wasnt tired or hungry when i was eating low calories all the time..ive never ate alot of food, to get me to the 375 that i was..i just ate the wrong food and didnt exercise..and now im eating better and exercising and for me its really hard to eat all the calories that im suppose to be eating again..i will try it for a week or 2 and see how it goes..im willin to try anything to start droppin the weight off again..ive learned how to maintain it, i just need to learn how to eat enough food, to get it coming off again...

2x30 min bike
30min ab crunches

MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON !!!!

1. GET THE CALORIE INTAKE UP TO 1600 OR SO!!!!
2. WATCH THE SALT INTAKE FROM FOODS!!!!
3. WHEN YOUR TIRED FROM WORKING OUT, PUSH THE WORKOUTS!!!
4. DO A MORNING WORKOUT, AND AN AFTERNOON WORKOUTS, TO KEEP THE METABOLISM WORKING ALL DAY!!!
5 WATER, WATER, WATER, GET YOUR DAILY WATER INTAKE!!!!!
6. USE FS FOOD JOURNAL, LET THE NUMBERS KEEP BETTER TRACK OF YOUR EATING HABITS!!

Our body is pretty good at letting us know if our method is working or not. Soon you'll see the pathway clearly. (hmmmm....that sounded like a fortune cookie! LOL)
