Workout #7 of 2019 this morning. Much better than yesterday. I did get more sleep last night, but was more reluctant to get out of bed, but when I did, it was fine, I was not particularly tired. This is probably a good marker of normal workout ups and downs. Not everyone is a best; the key is to keep doing it. Workout, rise, sleep, repeat. Something like that. Just keep the ball moving and good things will happen.
