A beautiful sunny morning as I cycled to the gym. Had yet another fantastic weight / cardio workout. I'm noticing a huge differnce in my strength, stamina & speed. I'm like Lee Major's (The Six million Dollar man).
Decided to lift some dumbbells once I got home too. There is a hug chance that my weigh-in tomorrow may have slowed up due to my wight programme, but we shall see.
