I feel so much better physically now, having lost what i have. My clothes either fall off or fit nicer than before depending on the style. I have a pile of really cute jeans I don't wear at all and haven't yet put them on. Still scared I guess. Maybe next week when my guest from Oz comes. I love knowing that in a year's time I'll be at a healthy weight, slim and light as air compared to ....well, even now!
