Diario de Lotus, 14 abr. 08

The scale was up today..to 123.6. Kinda disappointed in that! hadn't moved in a couple days, had a higher calorie day along with exercise, and was hoping for another drop like I have had in the past, but maybe it was a little too much. Oh well it's trial and error I suppose. It's going to be interesting finding a happy medium once I get to my goal, but it's no fun when the scale goes up! I will keep it in the middle today probably around 1400 calories, with plenty of exercise.
i have been trying to get my digestion regulated better, and eating lots of fiber and drinking a lot of water. It has helped some but I also got some Activia yogurt and see if that helps any. I can tell it has more cultures in it, it burns my throat a little on the way down! Kinda creepy!
Well, I am not too worried about the scale, but I do want to get it going in the right direction again..after all, I am not to my goal yet! I still have lots of toning to do and plenty of jiggle on my thighs and lower stomach that needs to be addressed. I will have to be a bit more careful when I have those up days I guess..:(

Like everyone tells me..hang in ther!!!!! one up day could just be to much salt, or to much ate the day before..loosin weight isnt an exact science thing..cause everyones different and everyone drops the weight off differnetly...

Yeah dont post it yet, see what it says tomorrow. Its probably just some stuff still in your system (yuk sorry!) Let me know how you get on with the Activia yoghurt will you? I was wondering about those, whether they are worth me spending my precious and limited dough on. x
