The scale was up today..to 123.6. Kinda disappointed in that! hadn't moved in a couple days, had a higher calorie day along with exercise, and was hoping for another drop like I have had in the past, but maybe it was a little too much. Oh well it's trial and error I suppose. It's going to be interesting finding a happy medium once I get to my goal, but it's no fun when the scale goes up! I will keep it in the middle today probably around 1400 calories, with plenty of exercise. i have been trying to get my digestion regulated better, and eating lots of fiber and drinking a lot of water. It has helped some but I also got some Activia yogurt and see if that helps any. I can tell it has more cultures in it, it burns my throat a little on the way down! Kinda creepy! Well, I am not too worried about the scale, but I do want to get it going in the right direction again..after all, I am not to my goal yet! I still have lots of toning to do and plenty of jiggle on my thighs and lower stomach that needs to be addressed. I will have to be a bit more careful when I have those up days I guess..:(
